An MS/PhD in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field) with strong computational modeling and simulation experience. Experience in modeling, optimization, and validation of process systems is desired. Focus on complex fluids (emulsions, dispersions, polymer, and surfactant solutions) and chemical process operations. The primary purpose of the role is the development and implementation of numerical and equation-based models for laminar and non-Newtonian flow, and other process operations, such as blending, crystallization, emulsion formation, etc. Focus on fluid and thermodynamic domain problems (heat and mass transfer). The primary purpose of the role is the development and implementation of fluid flow models, including turbulent and multiphase flow. Focus on structural mechanics problems for complex mechanical problems. The primary purpose of the role is the development and implementation of numerical and equation-based models of our consumer-product and package interactions and the mechanical processes used to manufacture these products and packages, including polymer systems. |
